Hedge Rental FAQ

We don’t publish prices for our hedge rental and services. This is not just because we don’t want to, it’s because we work on many different events throughout the UK and into Europe, so a standard price cannot be given. When renting our small or large hedge planters, topiary & trees or bespoke planters, we have to take into account all the requirements, including duration, location and many more details in order to give you the best deal. It’s better to go through the basic requirements first to give a costing, or if you have a budget you are working to, we can guide you in the right direction.

Preparing the area for the hedge rentals is one of the most important steps. We will guide you through the process and how everything will happen on site to ensure everything is done to the highest standard. You can also see on our website how delivery is carried out for our hedge planters and our topiary & trees, and what will happen both on the day of delivery and day of collection.

There is no need! Our Hedgeforce team offers the complete package from build up, installation of the hedges and break down at all events. Carrying all our own kit on board, we can complete the off loading and reloading of your hedge rentals as efficiently as possible. The whole process is a sizable operation on the day and requires advanced planning, so we advise you to relax and let our experts do it for you.

All our hedging is living, but depending on the timescale you have the hedge rental for, we will instruct you on maintenance & watering. This is also because the watering schedule can change for different times of the year and depending on whether you have rented a hedge planter or topiary & trees.

As a guideline, the hedging will be self-sufficient for 10-14 days during the summer period.

We understand that accidents can happen, so we will look at the situation and deal with each case individually. However, please take into account that once on site and for the duration of the event it is the customers responsibility to make sure the hedge planters or topiary & trees are not damaged.

Yes, you can! We are always enhancing our range for rental. Our tree rental range includes large fantastic topiary trees such as large spirals, evergreen cones, Egyptian pyramids, various archways and some specimen trees. Although, if you have any particular trees or topiary in mind, let us know and we can see what we can do to best suit your requirements. We have been able to do this on a few occasions at various events.
